The device cools effectively and is moderately peaceful, but it leaks onto the flooring (drain hose is hooked-up and performing). The exhaust hose flange mounting is marginal as one particular locking tab has failed. Not the end of the world, but I have ample items to fix.

Good Product

The unit performs really nicely. The hook up to the window is a tiny bit of trouble to hook up but functions properly. The heating and air conditioning is great but the item is fairly loud. I am assuming all air portable heating/cooling units are loud however. But would recommend.

This is what I considered I bought…..not till I necessary the heat feature did I realize I have the FRA123 product! I really have no idea how that took place. The air conditioner worked wonderful – would like I experienced the heat!
